Junghan Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea and spent his childhood in the Island of Jeju.
Junghan Kim attended Hong-Ik University, receiving B.F.A in Paintings and carried on his studies at the same esteemed academic institution to obtain M.F.A in Paintings.
Since 2017, Kim carried on his studies in the Graduate School of Arts at Kurashiki University of Arts and Sciences and received a Doctoral Degree in Art Production and Expression in 2020.
Junghan Kim travels between Korea and Japan and is active globally. He has held solo exhibitions in Tokyo, Okayama and Seoul and is a frequent contributor to numerous group exhibitions including the Korea, China and Japan Art Exhibition.
